Oyster Partnership worked with Stephen Griffiths the current head of Property Management, Neil Warwick Head of Agency & Simon Issacs Head of Professional Services to fill both positions.

After a fantastic career Stephen decided to reduce his days of working and alleviating some responsibility. Alongside this the current senior surveyor after joining as a Graduate 5 years ago decided to go travelling.

The new head of required an individual with a strong foundation in Commercial Property Management but also a commercially minded individual with the desire to grow the department. Utilising our extensive network in the London market made the delivery of a diverse shortlist straight forward. The focus was presenting five candidates all within the brief but with a slightly different offering enabling Kinney Green to make a fully informed decision of the right fit.

Each candidate was met in person, undertook a psychometric profiling to assess behaviours and communication and management styles. Everyone responds differently in a presumed interview environment, briefing the client on their personality type & style of communication is essential for an equitable interview process.

Using our initiative, we identified a candidate at Senior Surveyor level working in the same business that fitted the brief. Making the transition for both candidates more comfortable & seamless.
