On behalf of Almero Student, we were their exclusive recruitment partner for their Property Management team across their UK portfolio.
What you can expect
Working closely with the Head of Student and his Regional Operations Managers, we built a solid in-house Property Management team across the UK, as the company was entering a period of growth.
To suit the recruitment needs of the of the hiring managers, a meeting was set up to fully understand their requirements, from there a recruitment campaign was set for each hire. Each building in these regions needed someone competent in terms Property Management and also personable to be able to manage them. A large focus was placed on having the right experience and finding the right personality fit for the building and the future students. Each candidate was met and were put under the spotlight. The purpose of this was to find their suitability against the core competencies that Almero was looking for.
This included LinkedIn campaigns, headhunting, detailed vetting, via phone and in person, and interview training
