Opportunities in Complaints range from administrative, handler, senior officer through to head of service. Across all Public Bodies, covering Stage 1, Stage 2, MP & Councillor Enquires and Ombudsman.

Administration both technical and general. We seek experienced individuals to support across all Public Body departments. This includes Assistants.

Providing both personal and executive support to senior leadership. Ranging from singular support to teams of up to 4 plus Directors.

Specialist administration and call handling which includes advising, diagnosing, scheduling etc. Repairs include Reactive, Planned, Complex, Damp & Mould and Compliance/ Property Safety related.
