Our guest
Sasza Bandiera joined Oyster Partnership as a trainee recruiter over 12 years ago.
He became MD of the business 7 years ago, taking the business from £17m to £32+ million in 2020 and leads the property recruitment market UK-wide.
Sasza is the absolute embodiment of all that is Oyster; the pursuit of the highest level in all that we do. He is just as passionate about the business as when he first started at 23 years old.
He now leads a team of 60+ who he looks at as friends as well as key stakeholders in the business. When Sasza isn’t running the recruitment business, you can find him spending time with his family, cooking, or indulging in one of his big passions – graffiti.
