Sophie’s ambition was clear from the first time we met her, which is how we knew she would make a brilliant Recruitment Consultant. Sophie’s driven attitude has led her to achieve amazing things in her previous career as a hair stylist, resulting in her being selected as the Britain’s Got Talent stylist for 2 years in a row, and travelled the world teaching for Wella. Sophie brings this same passion and energy to her Recruitment role, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.

Sophie’s drive and ambition really set her apart from the rest. Sophie has progression as her focus and is determined to succeed within Oyster. To Sophie, second best just isn’t good enough, and if she’s going to reach her goal of becoming a Executive Consultant, she wants to ensure she is delivering a faultless Recruitment experience.

Where is Sophie going after work?

Sophie is a total foodie, so she loves going to restaurants with her friends and family. ‘Which restaurants?’ you might ask, well any that sell food really, but Sophie’s absolute favourites are Italian and Mexican foods - great choices! Sophie’s favourite movie is The Notebook (she knows the entire script off by heart) and also loves to travel. Asia is the best continent that she’s ever visited and Sophie would go to Thailand every year if she could.
