Starting as a trainee, before becoming a manager, then setting up divisions, hiring and training recruiters, rolling out a bespoke training academy and mentoring junior staff to management and director roles. Now a shareholder and running Oyster from an operational and strategic standpoint, Sasza knows every role in the business. Spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. Enjoying cooking food from all over the world, using his Big green egg (though being Italian, Sasza believes Italian food to be the best in the world, closely followed by Asian and Lebanese foods). Travelling, perhaps to his favourite city Barcelona. Enjoying the morning, because Sasza never takes waking up for granted, with new days, new learnings, new challenges and new things all waiting to be accomplished.
