With 15 years of Recruitment experience under her belt, 13 of which have been spent at Oyster, Hannah is (and always will be) an office legend. After reaching a staggering 80-something temps – the stuff of Oyster folklore – Hannah made the monumental decision to step into a whole new role. And thank goodness she did, or we wouldn’t have her as our Head of People, steering our often-chaotic ship, and playing a huge part in Oyster’s staggering growth plans.

What makes Hannah good at her job?

Hannah’s innately competitive spirit means she does not easily give up – it’s going to get done, even if it kills her! You can always rely on Hannah to do exactly what she says she will. But more than that, what makes Hannah so great at her job is her unwavering kindness and compassion. A listening ear for everyone in the office, a safe space to voice any concerns, Hannah will always be there to hear you out and do everything she can to help. She’s conscientious, diligent, listens before she speaks, is loyal, trustworthy, and reliable. Beyond her ambitions to be Queen of Oyster (she already is), and see Oyster go global (watch this space), Hannah wants to make her little one, Ella, proud. And I think everyone at Oyster can safely say, she easily does that every day.

Where is Hannah going after work?

Listening to live music with glass of prosecco in hand, indulging her obsession with true crime podcasts, and trying to convince her daughter to be a Harlequins supporter, much to her Saracen’s-supporting husband’s dismay.
