In her spare time, you may find Ella enjoying a music festival, going for a swim (as a qualified swimming teacher!), cooking or baking, or even assisting with lambing and calving (another qualification!). Much the same as Oyster, her favourite city she's visited is Barcelona, where she fell in love with the gothic architecture and tapas.
