Annelies was working in retail when she was spotted by Oyster. She was a fantastic store manager and personal shopper – she would be an even better recruiter. After convincing her to come in and interview, Annelies started out with Oyster in 2022 in her first recruitment position and very quickly started proving us right.

Annelies knows just about everyone in London, and not by chance. She’s fantastic at networking, takes it upon herself to seek out new people and connections, and carefully nurtures those relationships. When it comes to recruitment, your network is your greatest asset. Annelies also likes to be kept busy and brings a hurricane of energy and focus to every task she takes on.

Where is Annelies going after work?

Annelies will likely be snuggled up on her sofa with her kindle or dreaming of her next trip overseas. Her ultimate ambition is to travel as much of the world as possible and experience a range of different cultures, so she’s putting the graft in now to make that possible.
