Tenancy Sustainment Officer – North London (Part-Time, 6-Month Contract)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tenancy Sustainment Officer to support residents in sustaining their tenancies. You will help residents maximise their income, access essential support, and overcome tenancy-related challenges. This role involves working across multiple housing associations, providing both remote and in-person support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with welfare benefits, housing benefits, and disability-related support
  • Identify external support services and funding opportunities for residents
  • Maintain accurate case records and provide regular progress updates

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of the welfare benefits system
  • Empathetic, with experience in supporting vulnerable individuals
  • IT literate, with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
