I am currently working with a council in the Kent area who are currently looking for a team leader for the Commercial property legal team.
They are looking for someone with solid managerial experience, as you will be leading a team of eight or nine. You will also be required to have strong experience within the disciplines of Property and Regeneration, as you would be dealing with a more complex caseload of larger transactions.
About the contract:
- Rate: Negotiable (between £60ph - £70ph)
- Contract length: Minimum 6 months
- Office Attendance: Hybrid
