Senior Surveyor / Associate - General Practice

I have partnered exclusively with my client who is looking to make a significant hire into the business. They're looking for someone from Senior Surveyor level up to Associate.

The business was founded in 1989 by the 4 partners, all of which are still actively involved in the business today. You'll be joining a head count of 13 people & the plan is to grow this to 20 in the next 3 years. In the heart of Kent only 3 minutes off of the M2, if you're currently commuting into London, this could be a mega opportunity.

The majority of the assets are industrial units along with a small percentage of offices and land, you will be working alongside the partners on these assets providing a small amount of Property management expertise along with a big focus on Lease Renewals and Rental Reviews.

So, Who are my client looking for:

• MRICS chartered surveyor (ideally) or significant experience in Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews on a Commercial Portfolio.
• Someone who is looking for longevity in a role as they're looking for this person to become a partner in the business.
• An all rounder. Someone willing to come in, impact the business from Day 1.

What are they offering?

• £60,000 - £70,000 dependant on experience and qualifications.
• Package including car allowance, healthcare, bonus and holiday allowance.
• 5 days a week in their Medway office.
• A progression path to Partner within the business.
