Senior Surveyor

I have been tasked by a leading firm to add to their already thriving Property Management team.

This position is ideal for a Chartered Surveyor looking to catapult their career to the next stage or a Senior Surveyor looking to thrive and take on more responsibility in terms of people and asset management.

The assets you will manage are some of the most prestigious in the City. Spanning over 400,000 sq ft covering a mix of office & retail.

What they need from you:

• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a demanding workload, and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
