Working with the Director of Projects and a Project Manager, and supported by a large team of external consultants, you’ll manage projects with values up to £40 million.

With a busy project pipeline and hybrid working, you’ll get the best of both worlds and be able to deliver projects your way.

You’ll bring a proven track record of delivering capital projects at this scale within construction, from initial feasibility studies through to commissioning, project handover, and post-project evaluation.

If refurbishment projects are your specialty, beyond the iconic Senate House, you’ll work on busy programme of unique projects across the portfolio, with a particular focus on student accommodation within listed buildings.
