As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of premium residential assets across the country. Your expertise in property management, strategic leadership, and tenant-focused innovation will ensure that they continue to be a market leader in BTR. Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute plans to optimise asset performance and drive long-term growth across the BTR portfolio.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, high tenant satisfaction, and strong financial returns, while overseeing budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends, driving acquisition strategies to expand the BTR portfolio.
• Proactively assess and manage risks, ensuring the portfolio remains compliant and resilient in changing market conditions.
• Build strong relationships with investors, developers, and operational teams, while ensuring a high-quality living experience that fosters tenant retention.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in portfolio management and delivery.
• Integrate sustainability practices and innovative solutions to enhance the long-term viability of BTR schemes.
• Monitor portfolio performance through key metrics, adjusting strategies to continuously improve results.

Your Requirements:

• Extensive experience in portfolio management, particularly within BTR, residential, or mixed-use assets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while driving collaboration and performance.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimising returns.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive portfolio growth and operational efficiency.
