Senior Environmental Protection Officer Role | East of England | Permanent
Calling on all experience Environmental Health Officers looking to join a new Team where your in office days would consist of drives through scenic nature reserves and woodlands in the East of England.
The work consists of supporting the team leader with technical queries of environmental health and environmental enforcement professionals responsible for the enforcement of Environmental Protection legislation.
• To undertake a range of inspections/visits, taking the lead on high priority and complex cases ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, projects and initiatives, including income generation activities.
• Be responsible for the performance management/supervision of staff, including motivating, conducting PDR.
What you will need to be successful:
• Degree in Environmental health or equivalent
• Diploma (or close to completing) in Acoustics
• Chartered instate of Environmental Health Diploma or equivalent
• EHRB certificate of registration

- £36,841-42,811 Subject to Job Evaluation
