Senior Analyst - Build to Rent/Student Accommodation

Oyster have partnered with a private Property Investment company in their search for a Senior Analyst to join their team based in London.

This organisation have a significant property portfolio in the UK, valued in the region of £3bn, primarily spread across BTR and PBSA assets.

With large reserves of capital they are looking for an ambitious self-starter who will play a crucial role underwriting and structuring investments, researching markets and forecasting rents/rent retention, as the portfolio continues to expand.

This hire will be based in London, reporting directly into the leaders of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Screening Investment opportunities across the UK within the BTR and PBSA space.
• Building and maintaining financial models to analyse investment opportunities.
• Researching markets and forecasting rents/rent retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience as an Analyst within Real Estate with BTR and/or PBSA experience.
• Significant financial modelling experience and ability to assess underlying risks to investments.
• Strong knowledge of investment structures and return calculations.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

• £60,000 - £80,000 + Package (including significant bonus).
