You will be tasked with:

• Assisting the Head of Finance with months end
• Taking responsibility for the transactional finance tasks for the business
• Bank reconciliation & journal entries
• Purchase and Sales Ledger
• Service charge & ground rent invoicing
• Training the Accounts Assistant

This is a role that as the business grows, your responsibilities will also.

What you will bring to this role is eagerness, organisation, Microsoft Word and Excel skills, Sage 50 experience and preferably property experience.
