RTB Officer - Immediate Start
About the Role:
A Council in the Home Counties is seeking a skilled Right to Buy Officer to join their team on a 3-month contract to manage an increase in applications. This is a critical role where you’ll guide tenants through the Right to Buy process, ensuring compliance with legal regulations while offering exceptional support and advice.
Working in a hybrid environment, you’ll handle a caseload of applications, liaising with applicants both remotely and in person, maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Right to Buy application process from start to finish.
- Interpreting and applying complex legislation and policy to ensure compliance.
- Providing tailored guidance to tenants and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Maintaining accurate records in line with data protection regulations.
