You will be working with a Housing Association based in the West Midlands as a Disrepair Surveyor.

Key Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections for repairs and disrepair claimsProvide cost estimates and schedules for worksPrepare detailed reports with photographic evidenceEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsLiaise with tenants and contractors for timely resolutions

What Were Looking For:

Experience in property surveying, repairs, and disrepair assessmentsKnowledge of housing law and tenant rightsStrong technical knowledge of building repairsExcellent communication and organizational skillsRelevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, HNC/HND in Building Surveying)
