Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to provide top-tier resident services, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Create a thriving community atmosphere through innovative events, communications, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of property management.
  • Handle resident queries with care, creativity, and professionalism, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance our services, stay ahead of industry trends, and maintain their position as a leader in the BTR sector.


Your Requirements:

  • You genuinely care about creating exceptional living experiences.
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Experience in residential property management or a customer-facing role in the BTR or Co-Living sector.
  • You love finding creative solutions and bringing new ideas to the table.
