Resident Services Associate (BTR)

They're looking for a passionate and dynamic Residential Services Associate to join their team in Manchester, working on their prestigious 500+ unit building.

As the heart of their front-of-house team, you'll ensure exceptional service and maintain their building to the highest standards. Picture yourself greeting residents with a warm smile, handling reception duties, and ensuring every parcel is delivered with care. You'll manage front & back of house functions, from amenity spaces to tenancy and income management, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

But your role is more than just operations. You'll be the catalyst for resident engagement, hosting and attending regular events that bring the community together. You'll build strong relationships with external partners, enhancing the resident experience and making their community a vibrant place to live.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line services like meet & greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, and lettings viewings.
• Ensure seamless resident move-in and move-out processes.
• Manage front & back of house functions, amenity spaces, tenancy, and income management.
• Coordinate resident bookings and liaise with contractors.
• Assist in the letting process and maintain local information and resident handbooks.
• Host and attend resident events, handling complaints or inquiries effectively.
• Prepare shift handover documents and log keys, parcels, and visitors.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks, respond to emergency calls, and represent the company.

Your Requirements:

• Previous experience in market rent properties, travel & tourism, or hospitality is essential.
• Strong written and verbal English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to listen effectively.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Demonstrable ability to think creatively and embrace new challenges daily.
• Goal-focused, positive, and resilient with the determination to achieve targets.
