An exciting interim opportunity has arisen for a Resident Engagement Lead to join our client's Housing Service in Oxfordshire. You will support senior management in leading the reset of their tenant engagement work, ensuring that tenants and leaseholders' voices are at the heart of the decision-making process.
Resident Engagement Lead (Interim)
Working Arrangements: Hybrid
Contract length: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and deliver the Council’s tenant reset approach, ensuring compliance with the Social Housing Regulator Consumer Standard.
- Develop infrastructure for meaningful tenant engagement through formal governance structures and localised groups.
- Build and maintain excellent engagement relationships with tenants and leaseholders.
- Manage and support Tenant Engagement Officers to foster meaningful engagement.
- Provide strategic support and training to tenant representatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in tenant engagement within the social housing regulatory framework.
- Proven track record of managing resident engagement or communication activities.
- Strong understanding of Social Housing Regulatory Requirements.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate activities with large groups and adapt approaches for different audiences.
