Picture yourself overseeing the daily operations of a bustling 286-bed student residence. You are the guiding force, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You lead a team of enthusiastic staff members, mentoring and inspiring them to deliver exceptional service. You develop and implement community engagement activities, bringing students together and creating unforgettable experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the residence, maintaining high standards of service and safety.
  Lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  Create and execute community engagement activities that enhance the student experience.
  Oversee budgets and financial performance, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, prioritising the well-being of residents.

Your Experience:

• Have strong experience in PBSA, residential or hospitality
• You are a natural leader with a passion for property management or hospitality
• Your strong interpersonal skills and organisational abilities make you a perfect fit for this role
