Real Estate Analyst - Student Accommodation

They are now looking to hire a Capital Markets Analyst to join their Capital team, based in London.

This team is responsible for raising equity capital across the globe, from a diversified pool of existing and potential investors, ranging from Institutions, Private Banks and Family office, UHNW and wealth management.

In addition to sourcing new financing, the team manages existing investor relationships with key equity investors for their flagship fund.

Reporting to the Capital Manager, the Analyst will provide support across the entire Capital team, including teams covering EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific regions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience as an Analyst within Real Estate, Finance or Private Equity.
• Demonstrable knowledge of financial markets and the world of finance in general.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in particular.
• Good communication skills with self-starter mindset, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work flexibly around business needs and time-zones.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage investor interaction.
• Experience within the Student Accommodation sector is a bonus.
