They are now looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join a London-based team at a firm with over £2bn AUM assets across the UK, France, and Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international firm on a rapid growth trajectory across Europe. Not only will you be part of a high-growth firm, but you'll also have the chance to travel to France and gain exposure to European markets – making this a fun and unique place to work!

What To Expect:

• The role focuses on Asset Management with a great blend of Investment Analysis and financial modelling.

• You will work closely with the Head of Asset Management and play a significant role throughout the real estate lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial modelling, investment analysis, and forecasting.

• Business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.

• Working with property teams to optimise operations and strategy.

• Supporting asset sales, financings, and restructurings.

• Conducting market research and identifying investment opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• French speaker preferred –due to the European market exposure, particularly in France.

• Degree from a top university.

• Advanced Excel modelling skills.

• 1-2 years’ experience in Real Estate Investment. A commercial background is preferred.
