A Local Authority based in the West Midlands is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer to join their team where you will be responsible for a mixed caseload, with emphasis on Court work, however you must be proactive in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters.
They are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced working within the Public Sector
- Able to deal with all kinds of Prosecutions cases
- Open to hybrid work, with one day's travel to the Magistrates Court required once every 2 weeks for Prosecution Hearings.
