A council in Central England have gone through a few internal changes and the last piece of the puzzle is to bring in an Interim Property Services Manager to join them for 6 months.
You will manage a team of Surveying Team Leaders and Building Surveyor on both the Councils housing and corporate property portfolio. So you’ll get to work on a range of different buildings from houses to community centres, there is plenty to keep you busy.
As with most Councils they offer a hybrid working approach and you will only be required to be in on site a few days a week initially then spend more time at home so you don’t need to live too close by.
Ideally they are looking for an experience Property Services Manager with a qualification in a relevant field.
