You’ll be part of a fast-growing company that’s making waves in the industry, having Residential and Co-Living schemes ready to deploy not only in the UK but in France, Spain and more!

You’ll assist with both on the ground & HQ office support when required. From carrying out H&S inspections & supporting their Guest Service Manager on site, to coordinating repairs & dealing with requests from their head office.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with their Members, being the face of the Operations Team on site. Build positive relationships with Members and Contractors, illustrating company vision and core values.
  • Help create reports for the Operations department. From Inspection reports, maintenance logs and KPI tracking.
  • Follow up on Member issues, gathering relevant data and information for creating relevant workorders for specific contractors.


Your Requirements:

  • You will need to have a strong customer service ethic.
  • You will need to be organised, meticulous, tenacious.
  • You will need to have a proven track record of target based performance.
  • You need to have experience in either the BTR, PBSA or Co-Living Sector.
