Stepping into the role of a Property Management Administrator, you will be the first point of contact and the face of the company, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone queries promptly and professionally.
  • Conducting inventory checks and ensuring accuracy.
  • Updating and maintaining detailed Excel spreadsheets.
  • Managing start and end of tenancy agreements.
  • Overseeing deposit returns and ensuring full protection.
  • Addressing email enquiries, complaints, and general tenant concerns.
  • Reporting maintenance issues and completing caretaker sheets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in the Property sector.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
