With beautifully designed, fully-furnished apartments and co-living spaces across major cities—London, Berlin, Munich, Warsaw, and Dubai. They’re on a mission to offer flexible, community centric living for today’s modern renter.
As the brand continues to expand across Europe and beyond, they’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Property Manager to be part of that journey — someone ready to drive operational excellence and deliver expectational tenant experiences.
You’ll oversee several co-living buildings, taking full responsibility for their day to day operations, tenant relations, and compliance standards.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of building operations, including health & safety, maintenance, and compliance.
- Manage reactive maintenance, ensuring timely, effective resolution of issues.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Review and action various risk assessments (FRA, LRA, HSRA), ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
- Manage budgets for property repairs and maintenance, ensuring that expenditures are kept within approved limits.
Your Requirements:
- Previous experience in a property management role, specifically managing a large residential portfolio in the BTR/ Co – living / PBSA sector.
- Strong understanding and demonstrable competence in building management, including maintenance, repairs, and building systems.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong tenant relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, building compliance, and risk management.
- Experience managing high-rise residential and working knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022.
