As the brand continues to expand across Europe and beyond, they’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Property Manager to be part of that journey — someone ready to drive operational excellence and deliver expectational tenant experiences.

You’ll oversee several co-living buildings, taking full responsibility for their day to day operations, tenant relations, and compliance standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of building operations, including health & safety, maintenance, and compliance.
• Manage reactive maintenance, ensuring timely, effective resolution of issues.
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Review and action various risk assessments (FRA, LRA, HSRA), ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
• Manage budgets for property repairs and maintenance, ensuring that expenditures are kept within approved limits.

Your Requirements:

• Previous experience in a property management role, specifically managing a large residential portfolio in the BTR/ Co – living / PBSA sector.
• Strong understanding and demonstrable competence in building management, including maintenance, repairs, and building systems.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, building compliance, and risk management.
• Experience managing high-rise residential and working knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022.
