As a Property Manager you will be responsible for managing 500+ BTR/co-living properties ensuring all operations run smoothly, and maintaining high level of tenant satisfaction. You’ll be an integral part of a fast-growing, community-focused company that is making a lasting impact in the urban living space.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service.
• Organise and deliver social events throughout the year.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring all units are well-maintained and any issues are promptly addressed.
• Assist in creating detailed reports for the Operations department, including inspection summaries, maintenance logs, and KPI performance tracking.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager within the BTR or co-living sector.
• A solid understanding of landlord-tenant laws, health & safety regulations, fire safety compliance, and tenancy deposit schemes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with residents and contractors alike.
• Comfortable with property management software and modern technology solutions.
