Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee property sales annually, collaborating with the Regional Manager and Marketing Team.

• Manage cleaning and maintenance contractors effectively.

• Organise and deliver social events throughout the year.

• Monitor expenses, staying within budget and seeking approval for any excess with detailed variance explanations.

• Identify and address potential liability issues related to the facility, staff, and students.

Your Experience:

• You’ll need a solid understanding of Health and Safety and data protection in student accommodation.

• Proven experience managing operations in PBSA, BTR, or Co-Living sectors.

• A track record of delivering top-tier customer service and inspiring others to do the same.
