Imagine walking into a vibrant, state-of-the-art student accommodation property every day, knowing you’re the one making it all run seamlessly. For over 13 years, this company has been at the forefront of student accommodation, managing 1,800 beds across the UK. But they’re just getting started—with ambitious plans to reach 5,000 beds under management in the coming years, innovation and growth are at the core of everything they do.
Joining this team means more than just a job. From day one, you’ll be supported with comprehensive training, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for career development. Their mission is simple: to deliver best-in-class experiences for their student residents by investing in the people who make it all happen—you.
As a Property Manager, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring the property runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents. You’ll have the autonomy to make key decisions, lead a dedicated team, and be part of a company that’s redefining what student living can be.
This opportunity won’t be around forever. If you’re ready to elevate your career with a fast-growing company that values people, innovation, and excellence, don’t wait. With incredible properties, a supportive culture, and leadership that truly invests in its people, this role speaks for itself.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall sales for the property on an annual basis, working closely with Regional Manager and Marketing Team.
- Be able to effectively manage cleaning and maintenance contractors.
- To organise and deliver a range of social events throughout the calendar year.
- Ensure all expenses fall within budget and seeking approval for expenses that could exceed budget, providing budget variance explanations.
- Identify and correct potential liability issues with the physical facility, employees and students.
Your Experience:
- You're probably wondering what the catch is. Well, you need an understanding of Health and Safety legislation and data protection principles and how these relates to student accommodation.
- Successful experience in managing operations within PBSA, BTR or Co-Living sectors.
- Experience of delivering the highest standard of customer service and of motivating others to do the same.
