Property Administrator

I have partnered with a family-run property investment business based in Central London who are looking for an experience Property Administrator to join their team.

Managing 250million in assets in London and within the M25. They have an intimate team of 20 and manage all areas of the business in-house, fostering a close-knit and collaborative environment.

As the Property Administrator you will be collaboratively working closely with the commercial asset manager and the wider property management team, focus primarily on the commercial side of the business.

You will utilise the Qube property database system to manage and maintain property records. Assist in the administration and coordination of property management activities whilst supporting the team in ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of assets.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team in a family-run business working in prime central London location. Proven experience with the Qube property database system and previous experience in property administration or a related field is preferred.

Offering an annual salary up to £35,000 with additional benefits. As well as variety and the chance to work across different aspects of property & asset management and contribute to the management of a significant portfolio of assets.
