Property & Acquisitions Surveyor - Outside IR35

I am searching for a highly skilled property professional who has hands-on experience in property acquisition, alongside general practice surveying.

The atmosphere within this team is great, very collaborative, and supportive. Like most roles, you will be given a fair balance between interesting work and tedious tasks.

To be successful you’ll need to show you have experience in the following:

• Collaborating with teams to perform general practice work, including all Landlord & Tenant matters on a commercial property portfolio.
• Engaging with property listings on platforms such as Rightmove, conducting property inspections, focusing on the acquisition of new houses.
• Have a solid understanding of property law and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant work.

This role is outside IR35 and will be an initial 6 month contract, they also have total flexibility around working arrangements but really need someone to commit to a full working week.
