Thanks to an incredible first half of 2024, and their business steadily becoming the “go-to” consultancy for Residential work, my client is looking for a Project or Senior QS with a real passion for the work they do, to come and join their fun, ambitious and ever-growing team of genuinely lovely people.

From day one, you’d be working out of their BEAUTIFUL office by St Pauls, whilst filling a very client-facing position on some of their best schemes, such as the 400+ unit PBSA scheme they’ve recently won.

But do you want to know one of the best parts of this company though? The bonus scheme! Typically, they bonus up to 20% of your salary every year, and paired with a very competitive salary, you could get a noticeable increase from your current package.

Lastly, if you’re already chartered, then great! But if not, then please don’t worry, as this consultancy has an excellent APC scheme that others in the business are currently going through, and with an APC counsellor on speed dial to give really tailored support, the pass rates this business have seen are incredible.
