Project Quantity Surveyor

The Role

You’ll manage a variety of High-End Residential projects, delivering exceptional results for High Net Worth clients across their entire portfolios of luxurious London estates. While based in London (or optionally Surrey, if that's easier for you), you’ll divide your time between the office, site visits, and home, with around 3 days per week spent on-site or in the office.

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant, ideally at Project level.
• A track record of delivering projects to a high standard, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing skills, with confidence and professionalism in all interactions.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working between office, site, and home.
• No requirement for MRICS accreditation—what matters is your expertise and ability to deliver.
