Project Manager

A Council in the East Midlands has a 3 year' project where you will responsible for the redesign of their office. There will be decarbonisation and M&E involved, so experience in those are beneficial.

The project is due to launch in July, and will initially be working 2-3 days a week. By September, the project is expected to be in full flow and the role will look to increase 5 days a week.

What if you don't live in the East Midlands? Not a problem. The role is hybrid, mainly home based with meetings done via teams. Of course you will occasionally need to do site visits once a month. With the generous day rate on offer, you will be able to stay the night in luxury.

Why should you apply to the role? For starters, the role will be Outside IR-35 and comes with a length contract that could go on for 3 years'.

The team you would be work alongside work collaboratively so working well in a team is key. You will also need to prove you are confident and can speak to senior management as well as your peers.

Ideally a qualification within Construction is ideal, however, experience is most valued.
