Are you seeking a sense of accomplishment? Taking this major work project from early stages to completion can defiantly fill that urge.

I am working alongside a housing association based in NW London, which is looking to onboard an interim staff member to come to make a change.

They are looking for someone to deliver this project across multiple estates within the borough, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering and overseeing, the replacement works, of car parks, pavements, roof replacements, and refurbishment works of residential properties.
• Provide high-quality, architectural, engineering, and surveying advice, to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Manage the project that is delivered within budget, time frame, and high quality of service to the client’s requirements.
• The ability to break down Bill’s of quantities, demonstrating associated procurement and challenging contractors where you see fit.

If you’re an individual that enjoys home working, they require 1 day in the office, and a flexible working situation for the remaining days.
