A Housing Association is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team to complete the final piece of the puzzle for them.

What’s in it for you?

  • £30 - £35 per hour
  • Flexible working when not on site
  • Opportunity for permanent position

You will be focusing on reactive repairs with some disrepair also. There is no particular backlog they are just looking for you to complete their team.

What they need from you?

Previous experience in disrepair and voids surveying is desirable, but still do get in touch if you are looking to get into this kind of roles.
