Your Responsibilities:
- Mentor junior team members, helping them enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee PPMs and respond to repairs efficiently to keep the property running smoothly.
- Ensure all work follows health & safety regulations, maintaining up-to-date risk assessments and method statements.
- Work closely with the customer team to provide a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
- Maintain key building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security, ensuring compliance and high service levels.
- Work with third-party service providers to ensure high standards and swift issue resolution.
- Be part of an on-call rota, responding to urgent maintenance needs.
Your Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, or estates management, ideally within residential or hospitality settings.
- Hands-on expertise in technical maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop junior colleagues.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and risk assessment processes.
- A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and find effective solutions.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to support other properties when needed.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
