As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be working on 2 buildings 10 minutes from each other, consisting of 982 beds maintaining them through management of planned preventative maintenance programmes and reactive maintenance activities.

THE TASKS:
- Managing the facilities, PPM, RM and Lifecycle of the building, to ensure Customer & Property Management objectives and KPI targets are met.
- Supporting the achievement of 100% compliance in Audit.
- Working with other colleagues to provide the best results and solutions for residents.
- Support Maintenance Managers to identify training needs of Maintenance team and address any developmental areas.
- Support Maintenance Operatives with maintenance tasks and develop colleagues practical and technical skill.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS:
- You're probably wondering what the catch is. Well, you need to have sound property knowledge with an ability to use your initiative when dealing with maintenance issues.
- Experience managing and motivating a small team.
- Proven track record of maintaining assets to an exceptional standard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and skills in technical maintenance, specialist plant/ plumbing/ electrical HVAC.
