You will be managing a skilled maintenance team of 5, being their trusted point of contact whilst reporting into the Estates Manager.

With a total of 250 staff, the team are passionate about providing a safe and happy environment to their 212 students, watching their hard work change the lives of young people with speech and language disorders.

You don’t need to have a background in education, but you will be from a trades background. You’ll have experience leading a team. Whilst delivering planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance.
