As a Leasing Administrator, you'll play a key role in shaping vibrant communities, from managing seamless lease agreements to ensuring smooth tenant transitions. Your expertise will have a direct impact on the lives of their residents, helping to create spaces where people love to live.
From managing lease documents to maintaining positive tenant relationships, you’ll have the chance to shine in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing inquiries from potential residents and arranging property viewings.
- Support the lettings team in handling applications, referencing, and tenancy agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all resident communications and lettings documentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and existing residents.
- Assist with move-in processes, including coordinating key handovers and ensuring apartments are ready for new tenants.
- Ensure all properties meet compliance standards and assist with property inspections.
- Work closely with the property management team to deliver a seamless lettings process.
Your Experience:
- Experience in lettings or property management is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow in the role.
- Strong knowledge of the Build-to-Rent sector.
