A Local Authority is looking for an experienced Leasehold/ Property Manager to join their team.
This Local Authority is based in the London and is hybrid role where you will be working in the office 2/5 days a week.
Your typical duties will include:
- Implementing policies and procedures that support an effective, professional leasehold management service.
- Ensuring compliance with the legal requirements of Section 20 consultations for all services and major works involving leaseholders.
This is a 4-month initial contract that is open to the possibility of extension depending on performance.
