I have partnered with a leading Student Accommodation Operator to find an Investment Analyst to join their growing team in London. They are actively expanding with plans to grow their portfolio significantly. This is an exciting opportunity for career development and progression as an Investment Analysis.

You will be working closely with experienced Analysts and senior leaders, helping to shape and grow the firm’s PBSA portfolio. Your role will include key responsibilities across investment analysis, market research, and portfolio support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating potential PBSA investment opportunities across the UK.
• Collaborate with the team to support portfolio management and strategy development.
• Update and maintain business financial models, supporting the implementation of the investment strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Internships or up to 1 year of experience in a property investment or real estate role.
• Exposure to financial modelling techniques and understanding of basic investment analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
