Investment Analyst- PBSA

I’m collaborating with a Residential Investor to find an enthusiastic Investment Analyst to support and enhance their PBSA portfolio in Manchester. Manchester is an exciting, vibrant city that offers the perfect blend of urban culture, rich history, and modern living. It’s home to some of the UK’s top universities, including the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University. The city’s dynamic atmosphere and excellent transport links make it a fantastic location for both work and leisure.

You'll gain hands-on experience, take on meaningful responsibilities, and play a key role in shaping the success of their PBSA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support investment analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling for PBSA acquisitions and developments.
• Assist in portfolio performance tracking and reporting.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends in the PBSA sector.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience as an Analyst in the Real Estate sector, ideally with exposure to PBSA assets.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
• A solid grasp of investment structures and the ability to perform basic return calculations.
• Based in Manchester.
