How do you feel about dealing with community based portfolio?

Looking for a Senior Surveyor to work in a Northwest-based Council.

They are looking for someone to work with community hubs/centres, and deal with the rents and leases.

Other parts of the role include asset review, and land sales.

Ideally, they would like someone with previous community portfolio experience.

North West candidates ideal.

£45-£50 per hour.

6 month contract.
