Interim Senior Estates Surveyor

My client is looking for an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team and tackle a backlog of work on their commercial and operational portfolio.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Providing effective and efficient services to the public, by liaising and giving advice to a variety of stakeholders i.e. Council officers, members, tenants, contractors, solicitors, other agents, and members of the public.
• Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals as instructed.
• Carrying out all aspects of estate and property management.

This team works at a pace and they need someone with a positive attitude, they are also open to hiring someone with no local authority experience.

You will need to be MRICS or have experience specifically in General Practice surveying.

This role offers the flexibility to work predominantly from home, with options for full time or part time arrangements (minimum of 4 days, or condensed hours).

There is also potential for the role to fall outside IR35, depending on your working arrangements.
